Description

Describe the bug

The config always reset to 120-150 tower-min/max-height.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

lower tower-min-height & tower-max-height

Expected behavior

Being able to lower pillars

Did you stop the server before changing the option?

As if the server was still running, then it does not allow to change these values.
