http://marmotta.apache.org/

The goal of Apache Marmotta is to provide an open implementation of a Linked Data Platform that can be used, extended and deployed easily by organizations who want to publish Linked Data or build custom applications on Linked Data.

Among other it supports:

Custom triple store (KiWi) built on top of RDBMS, with transactions, versioning and rule-base reasoning support

Have just taken a look. Their documentation appears to be more complete and the project more active than our Jena/Fuseki.

This SO answer seems to suggest Marmotta is more suited towards Bonsai's needs too.

we've continued on at the hackathon using the Jena instance. Romain's unexpectedly rich web-app may also satisfy some of the things that Marmotta offers. However probably Marmotta is still a better option in the medium-term. Thoughts & experimentations welcome.
