bookxnote->markmind, one could use bookxnote->xmind, then import by markmind-rich. working. #201

markmind got basic and rich mode.

i prefer the basic mode because it's simply in ASCII text (like markdown).

but somehow the spaces, empty lines, breaks etc from bookxnote 's MD export is NOT compatible with the basic mode, making the branchs in WRONG position and wrong organization.

bookxnote, obsidian and markmind are all by chinese authors, wish this time they could make ordinary users lives easier, thanks
