import as much as possible from gort. create trusted, owner, coowner, and member roles, and import all permissions and settings that can be attained by querying gort in chat (via status or remote or otherwise)

Imports as much config and data as possible from a GORT room
Easiest imports are custom commands, user privileges, banned users, and group settings
