Keyboard key presses don't register when Talkback is running with English UK language set. #342

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set language to English United Kindom
2. Enable Talkback and Explore by Touch
3. Open an App that requires text input eg. Firefox
4. Type text into a text entry box especially using the "p" key

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
As finger is lifted off key the character should be announced and the letter
appear in the text entry box.

Some key presses do not register. As finger is lifted off key nothing happens.
It is almost impossible to use the "p" key. It takes 20 or so attempts to get
the "p" key to produce a letter in the edit box. When it does there is no audio
annuncement as finger is lifted. Also happens at randon with other keys.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Android 4.3. Talkback 3.5.1. Google Keyboard.

Have tested with 4 keyboards and 5 TTS engines. All give same problem.
Switching language to English United States solves the problem (mostly).
Disabling Talkback allows the keyboards to work correctly. Every key press
registers.

Please provide any additional information below.

Just updated to Android 4.4.2 and it's made no difference to the problem. It's
still there. BTW I'm using a Motorola Moto G.

I've also noticed that Talkack also fails to pronounce the "p" in words eg.
"Firefox Help" becomes "Firefox Hel".

I have the app Satellite Check by DS Software. If you place your finger on the
Help button Talkback says "Hel".

I need to revoke the previous comment (#2). The "p" at the end of words like
"help" is being voiced. It's just very quiet on my phone and hard to hear.
Sorry.
