LaTeX Install directory #1

Should probably install LaTeX into /opt/texlive as detailed at http://www.linuxfromscratch.org/blfs/view/svn/pst/tl-installer.html by setting TEXLIVE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/opt/texlive.

Will then probably want to parse out the YYYY from the unpacked tar ball since tlmrg will reside under /opt/texlive/2013/bin/x86_64-linux

Because of the release of texlive 2014, I've made the install scripts more generic in that install paths nolonger include the year (c0414315a96a32241c53d9c7dbd7498e19f1416b). I might come back to this issue at a later date if needs be.
