Save and replay scenario execution results

I want to save the scenario execution results plus the scenario. This way it can be replayed even for non privileged users.

• [x] user can press a recording button to start a scenario
• [x] provide a route to store the scenario
• [x] save the scenario in a database
• [x] replay saved scenario
