Under which license do you distribute files in this repository? In OpenWrt we would like to redistribute the preloaders (BPI-R2-preloader-DDR1600-20191024-2k.img.gz and such) which requires knowing the license of these binaries. Are those basically just builds of https://github.com/ARM-software/arm-trusted-firmware ?

same here. could you add a file mentioning that you can redistribute the files but are not allowed to change them. I'd like to add them to the openSUSE distribution.
