AR-Records #10

Open KarlZeilhofer opened 6 years ago

I found in our projects some AR-records, where I have no real clue, what they are for. Does it stand for absolute reference? Do we have to take them into account?

Please note, that F 0 and L record do not match.

I think, the AR-records gives a schematic with multiple instances of one and the same sub-sheet the ability to annotate the multi-unit-parts in the different instances with different References and Units.

KiCad shows here a further inconsistency in the naming of things.

In AR Path="/566470F4/5694C6CE/5694C9EB" Ref="U801" Part="1" the Part is actually the number of the used Unit, e.g. one of 4 OP-amps within one package.
