Modify Relation: Add free objects which have a type defined by relations but unselected #10

Requirement: All Elements which are created, have to be created from the Root Element, otherwise it is an undefined Graph in Space.

Like SyllabusChapter - Question if a new question is created independently it never can be linked to an existing Chapter.
