multilanguage support for messages #7

The should be a new Table or json file with all Messages, in all desired Languages. This should be done in the Back-end, to deliver the Error-messages and the Messages for the User-Feedback in the desired Language.

Also all Button-Labels and everything should be based on this Language Table. For the Frontend-Texts the Texts should be transfered once at startup of the App. The setting for the Language should be done maybe Token.
