this script should identify whether the participant exists or not and: if participant exist, give the matriculation no (external) if participant is new then create participant and give the matriculation number

Hi Boba, when you talk to Rob, he can give you more details - we need this , among other for generating bulk tokens in Tems. As data we have First Name, Last Name and email address image
