[x] new coloumn event_exam_name
[x] Perecent delete column
[x] partcicpant info delete column
[x] Resolve ForeignKey-IDs to Names (Participant and EventName)

Certificates

[x] Description delete column
[x] Certificate Name delete column
[x] Add column coms_certificate type description (via Join from Table coms_certificate_type)
[x] Add column from coms_certificate (coms_certificate_name)
[x] Modifiy Entry: at statemachine certificate_participant (n:m) everything readonly except in state requested
