Remove SHAP Values for national races #68

Senate/President national races should not have SHAP values -- those columns are blank.

By this I mean that the "This Race's Most Predictive Factors" module should be removed, not just have no contents. The paragraph about most important features (and the eventual donut chart) should be removed. Eventually, I might add SHAP values overall, but probably not (not sure about the math)
