Write scope of work on README.md

According to Google's routine, an SoW comprises:

• [x] Purpose: Why is this project happening? What are the goals?
• [x] Major activities: List out the stages of the project.
• [ ] This project does not include: Specify the things that this project isn’t responsible for doing
• [x] Deliverables: A specific list of things your project will deliver.
• [x] Major Milestones: The expected schedule for the project
• [x] Estimated date for completion: This is my “if all goes well and I have everything I need, this is when I’ll be done” date

Perhaps not all of these should be visible to everyone, just the deliverables and milestones. The others should be used to compose the kanban board. On that note:

• We should disregard the third item, makes no sense in this project as we are not dealing with external clients.
• Major milestones will be a tag in our project tab
