In Gl Register, Fa Register,Item Register, general Ledger entires give a button called Edit Log, While clicking that button will run a report that report contains created by and date, approver1,2,3, Fields by and date,Approved by and date, and posted by and date.

@IT-Saravanan In G\L Register & General Ledger Entries, I have gave a "Edit log" button as per the requirement. development done in test server . please check and confirm.

In G/L Register & General ledger entries working fine. need to discuss with prabh sir Fa Register and item register.

@IT-Saravanan Edit Log button has given in G/L register & GL Entries page in live server.
