Material Requisition/ Material Issue Management Kanban system #305

Problem Statement:

Stores department physically issues the material without recording the issue in Navision, due to which RM Stock/Value is not real time. This is also the reason why WIP and FG is not getting updated in the system on real time.

Also there is no track in system on:

Resolution: A Kanban system will be implemented which provides a way for production to raise a QR coded "pink card" (a pink colored receipt) which codes out the job card nos. routing type (cut, prep, line or pack), production qty., & raw materials. If this "pink slip" is for routing type "cut", then it can also be referred as cutting tickets. Along with a pink card, a white card (a white colored receipt) is also printed which is supposed to handle the kanban mechanism between production and stores for material requisition and therein issue from the stores.

As discussed yesterday have jotted down the points.

1) Need to create a date field to capture the material requirement date. 2) Need to print all the components along with the MRN no QR coded. 3) Need to create new bins (issue bin) so that while passing consumption journal stores can do bin transfer and move items to issue bin and then post.
