Do you also have a config.yaml with the BotNet50 settings?

I have checked and tested the performance on imagenet: Validation Acc@1: 0.7735, Validation Acc@5: 0.9366 Is current model corresponding to the BoT50 in Table 9 of the original paper?

I have added more files and updated the ported weights in this folder. Now it looks OK, so I merge this PR.
