I've added (and updated) the scripts that we were using, they might need further tweaking though to be executable on any platform. We source fsl.sh in .bashrc, if this is not done, it has to be manually sourced in each script that uses fsl.
The scripts are the full versions of the snippet I've provided in the html file earlier, original markdown file was added as well
