I've converted the DICOMS to nii.gz format and renamed and sorted them according to the specifications. You can access them via ftp here ftp://87.138.131.162:2225

This might need some work though, I think there might still be some files missing. Also I'm not sure whether the naming of the mri sequences is consistent, I'll try to check that asap.
