Minipig Atlas Labels , corresponding T1 cropped image , raw T1 data, corresponding raw T2 data

• [x] Minipig Atlas Labels
• [x] corresponding T1 cropped image
• [x] raw T1 data
• [x] corresponding raw T2 data
• [x] create a csv file containing [LabelPath , T1 Path]
• [x] find raw data and link here

Created a csv file containing SubjectId,LabelMapFilePath,LabelMapImagePath

THe labelmaps and corresponding images were all in /Shared/johnsonhj/2018Projects/20180514_Minipig_Atlases but were using numerical IDs instead of the nameIDs like the rest of the files, which is Why I added the subjectID to the csv. ex. M268P100 is sub-Else268

Every subject has a tsv file with the scanner and header data for each image acquisition.
