investigate more natural ways to select and copy variant details on each platform #11

"In the variants view it is possible to copy some text by press and hold. I'm not sure how intuitive people find this. On android many apps allow to select some text and by doing this some popup appears with 'copy'/'share' etc"

We now default to the OS's select and copy text feature, replacing the (as mentioned opaque) long-press to copy text.
