BRCA2 c.1287A>G: "Its classification is 'likely benign' but its circle is gray, as if it is unclassified."

It appears that the entry has "Likely benign" in lowercase, but the comparison to the pathogenicity statuses list is case-sensitive -- it's "Likely Benign" in the list.
