Clicking on the Pathogenic label in the lollipop chart legend doesn't appear to toggle all pathogenic variants #336

When one clicks on the labels in the legend of the lollipop charts (Pathogenic, Benign, Uncertain), that should toggle the selection of those variants in the lollipop charts, and when a class of variants is not selected, those variants should be grayed out. This appears to work with Benign and Uncertain, but not Pathogenic. When you click on Pathogenic, some but not all variants are grayed out.
