Some articles missing year #7

PMID 27869446, 15258337, 10464643, and 10464641 have no year due to:

'medlineCreatedDate': u''

Could use 'medlineRevisedDate': u'2018-04-23 or 'medlineCompletedDate': u'2018-04-23' in the case of 27869446, for example. But at this point its only 4 out of 16k or so.
