Store locally external content retrieved #39

When doing 'Resolve external', the initial information seed is enriched by new content (vocabulary, feature). Enable to store this locally for further reuse in both modes (XML and DB). In DB this requires to flag what does not need to be exported back in case the 'Export' tab is used afterwards.
