Things that are fixed in this PR

• Fixed search bug, earlier search results used to disappear before clicking, now it doesn't
• OAuth wasn't implemented correctly, thus removed conflicting OAuth code
• Added a new global helper loggedInUser, to be used whenever we need a username or some other attribute of currently logged in user. Removed same code in different helpers, and used a global helper instead.
• Removed hard coded styling done using <br> tag
• Removed redundant code from _client/views/modelviewer.js
• User Profile pic wasn't visible in dashboard and newsfeed sidebar. Fixed that.
