No macOS binary available #65

I can't find any evidence that anyone's been able to run this on Mac since 7.24.0 released in 2013 - it's fine if the owners of this project dropped support, but I wish they'd stop advertising it if they're not going to keep it working.

That said, there's a ton of open issues on the topic, none with any meaningful response from any maintainers so I'm thinking this might just be kind of abandoned.

Apologies - we have a small number of people and a lot of commitments. I am able to build the latest main sources on OSX with -DENABLE_ALL=ON supplied to CMake, but I'm not currently set up to attempt a universal binary.
