Updating low res icons with vector icons #22

Recreated the icons on main page with Inkscape because the icons on main page are low resolution. I didn't update any HTML files.

this adds the files, but is inadequate by itself right? I meant actually update the images in the html to use the svg, along with some protections like described in https://css-tricks.com/using-svg/
