Fixes in index page #62

  1. Fixed wrong download link on navbar which was directing to http://brlcad.org/d/download instead of https://sourceforge.net/projects/brlcad/files/.
  2. Changed year from 2016 to 2021 in footer and added link to site logo.
  3. Added link in the readme file. Please deploy this version whenever you get time, it looks good and will be better for end users when they will visit https://brlcad.org/ 😄
