PandaBoard cannot play .3gp file #17

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Copy a 3gp file to sdcard,boot the board
2. play the 3gp file by gallery
3. it played low quality.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It should be played high quality,but I cannot figure out what it was playing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
L27.12-P2. android,
