Gingerbread not working on pandaboard

Iam new to pandaboard i followed the steps in the below link to build the 
binary images and the filesystem

In that site i had almost done all the steps,,Expect the below step

After building i booted the pandaboard with my images and filesystem,..Iam 
getting the UI of Android but it is getting turned off by showing the following 
error...
