A way for people to query overall statistics about Dual Power App usage would be cool. It could report the number of users, the number of dual power orgs, the numbers of different types of orgs, etc. Perhaps it could also work by region. I believe these figures can be tracked/calculated without interfering with security.

Perhaps this is an appropriate use of a blockchain. Instead of a ledger like in cryptocurrencies, what we would have is the census data. The additions to the blockchain would be limited, and proof of work would not necessarily have to be the security mechanism.
