I found this in VC12, 31 Oct 2015, Alice Holt SU7978 4300 single tree in Forestry Commision plantation, det. Matt Parratt. It is included on the DDB but I want to record it on my MapMate database. There is a discrepancy with the authority given as (Poir.) Spach on the DDB yet as (Mill.) K. Koch on theplantlist.

The FNA also goes with (Mill.) K.Koch http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=1&taxon_id=233500320 I would go with this given that the Plant List agrees. (Poir.) Spach seems to be due to some possible taxonomic confusion/link with Pterocarya fraxinifolia (possibly due to the fact that the name C. ovata var. fraxinifolia also exists, or more in-depth links through typification that we are not going to solve here.)
