The plan for now is to use this config parser in ecFlow with PyFlow. That means ECMWF will have to accept installing autosubmitconfigparser (at least, if not AS + autosubmitconfigparser) in their operational environment.

I've already spoken with some ecFlow engineers in one meeting about that, and they said in general they are Ok with that idea. But I believe they will want to have access to the source code as well.

I think we can make it public before they request it, cc @mcastril.

Also, maybe it could be moved under /es/ instead of /ces/? Just to be under the same... group/project as Autosubmit.

This has been fixed by @mcastril :slight_smile: (thanks!!)

The rest of the issue was about making it public, so it can remain open while we discuss that.
