This is Bo Dincer, not the clerk in the matter of 153974/2020 - and not a clerk.
I tried with Morgan Stanley and also with the counselors in the former matter who are generally "conflicted" by the violation of privacy issue which is a separate matter and hence important that I speak with Mr. Moore prior to filing any further reports with the Securities & Exchange Commission.
This conglomerate of advisors don't seem to understand the scope of the issue in principal, which is something that will come back to the FDIC if it is not properly managed / mitigated.
Thankfully, Mr. Moore from State Farm did reach out to me and I'll try to help him next week after the holiday weekend. I don't expect you to review any of this - however I thank you for you guidance earlier. I will get back to you after I speak with Mr. Moore & Co. in Bloomington and in the near term to avoid any further conflict of interest, and continuance of this nonsense and am not looking form any "payment" or "settlement" at this point - I just need to understand a few points and can properly address the responsible parties thereafter.
