Find an add jax memory flags #8

Apparently I didn't have certain environment variables set that caused one of 549 proteins to run out of memory during processing. So I need to add in those flags.

Run 1382936 completed successfully. There is no evidence of memory errors, so these flags may have cleared that up.

The output for this run can be found in /gpfs/alpine/bip198/scratch/mcoletti/runs/issue-8.
