Rapier batteries in drop pod formations are allowed without drop pods #62

Describe the bug You can take rapier batteries in drop pod formations, but the rules restriction is that all infantry detachments must have drop pods as dedicated transports.

  1. This rule is not currently enforced for rapiers
  2. OTOH Rapiers can't select drop pods as dedicated transports either.

Expected Behaviour

  1. Dedicated transports are enforced for rapiers in this formation
  2. Rapiers are allowed into drop pods in this formation
