Legio Venator unable to exchange a warlord titan for a reaver in any maniples #257

Describe the bug Legio Venator is unable to exchange a warlord titan for a reaver in any maniples.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add any maniple, I used the Extergimus Battleline Maniple
  2. Go down to Titan Legion and add Legio Venator
  3. Click on the Maniple and see that it doesnt allow the ability to exchange the Warlord for a Reaver
  4. See error

Expected behavior If you added Legio Krytos for example and used the Regia Maniple, you'd see the ability to exchange a warlord for a Warbringer
