Legio Metallica Stratagem not showing #273

Describe the bug When Legio Metallica is selected as a Legio their unique strats do not appear in the stratagem list. This is despite the fact the strats must be in the files, as they are present in the Titan Toolbox app, which uses the same repository source files.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add titan or Maniple
  2. Select legio
  3. Select legio Metallica
  4. Go to add stratagems

Expected behavior Once a legio is selected, it's strats should appear at the top of the strat list. Metallica's are missing
