Adding the Rogue Trader Exploration Fleet List #216

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We are currently missing the Rogue Trader Exploration Fleet List option from the Remastered Fleet book (page 170 - 171).

Describe the solution you'd like Addition of this Fleet List under a Rogue Trader Catalogue, moving Pirates and Wolf Clans under this Catalogue as well (as technically they are a second Fleet List option under the Rogue Trader header.

Additional context I may be able to provide some help on this request, though its been a long while since I did stuff with Battle Scribe directly.

Largely the things which are missing are tucked within the faction wrong entry. This is definitely doable but the way that the data was originally given to me isn't really entered in the most optimal way so I've been bandaging things together instead of rewriting everything. I'm more than happy to accept some help making updates to the data files. I've not played a game in years so my time to correct issues is much more limited these days.
