Battlescribe 2.x and Dystopian Wars 2.5 #29

Because the release of the 2.0 of Battlescribe requires a rewrite of the files from the ground up and the announcement of Dystopian Wars 2.5 happened at the time I was about to start working on it this hasn't been finished...

With the 2.5 rules out now and the ORBATS releasing sometime this week I will begin work on rewriting the entire system from scratch once they release.

Being the only one working on these I plan on finishing them within 3-4 weeks after ORBAT release so long as I don't go back to having 6 day weeks at work.
