DW; Crown - UP Edits #73

Same as my Imperium one, but now for Crown as my group finds them

  1. British Support Fleet needs to be able to take multiple Hotspur class vessels including the Attachments; currently Max1
  2. Halifax has Min1 set on its weapon options currently and can't legally take anything else.
