Complete Roster Overhaul Primary Changes:

  1. No Selection Entry should have a primary category as it interferes with Position logic
  2. No Root Entry should have entries besides logic constraints for which Fleets can take a Unit
  3. Collectivized as many SEs as possible to streamline output
  4. Flattened as many Collection Entries as possibly as nesting more than one inside a unit (Main Weapon->Front 1, Front 2, etc) is user-unfriendly for phone users and logic statements alike.
  5. Separated Jutland out into its own Library; they were 20 units of the 60-unit Imperium roster, so it was getting crowded and harder to parse. I would've liked to have put their two Battlefleets into the Library, as well, but some non-Scandinavian units can be in them, so that's not possible.
