Missing Arlatax Weapons #3150

Describe the bug When viewing the weapon options for the Arlatax Battle Automata, the weapon profiles for the Power Blade Arrays and Light Autocannons are not displayed.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select an Arlatax Battle-Automata Maniple
  2. View the unit
  3. See error

Expected behavior The weapon profiles should be displayed normally.

Device and data (please complete the following information):

The power blade array and light autocannon did not have a min/max set. They were also set as collective, I'm not sure if the collective did anything.
