Tactical and Breacher squads on Battlescribe are increasing and decreasing unit sizes of multiple units when you modify them up or down by 1.
It seems that this can be fixed by removing collective on them both with no negative impact on NR.
It is however strange as Heavy Support squads also have the regular troops as collective and doesn't work the same.
