[Join Request] Oathmark #1

I would like to start contributing the data needed to support Oathmark in Battlescribe. I have some initial work that I have done locally, but nothing that is working just yet. Currently, I am using the structure in the 40k and Frostgrave data sets as good examples of how to structure things.
