Description: - Updated points costs and card effects according to official errata effective Nov 8, 2021

Corrected minor typo in two Heavy Weapon upgrade card titles (MPL-S7 --> MPL-57)
Corrected three keyword descriptions that contained a number instead of X (Beam X, Generator X, Tactical X)

Upon inspection of Harleqyin's update, I find that we have each done things the other has not - they added battle card descriptions, while my version has additional errata and typo fixes. I would like to request that this pull request be closed; I will make a version that incorporates all changes and create a new pull request directly through github.
