Description: Targeting Scopes are listed in the data file as 4 points but my card says they are 6.

Check the last few pages of the latest version of the rules, points for targeting scopes were changed to 4

Unfortunately, since these bug reports from BSDataAnon are submitted via the app, they are one way. The user can't see the response and won't understand why the file isn't being "fixed". All we can really do is note that the points are correct per the RRG and close the issue.
