Lumineth Realm Lords, Zaitrec nation extra spell known #3339

When selecting the Lumineth Realm Lords's Great Nation of Zaitrec, heroes are given an extra spell known. This is in error, though a previous version of the nation ability did give an additional spell known.

No other great nation has this issue.
